- One venue walk-through meeting to strategize decor, lay out and logistics.
-One ceremony rehearsal meeting on the evening before your wedding.
-Unlimited wedding planning advice via phone, text or email.
-Development of your wedding day timeline and distribute to all vendors.
-I will review all vendor contracts.
-Confirm schedule with all vendors prior to wedding day.
-Decorate ceremony and reception areas.
-Direct all vendors during set-up.
-Set up guest sign in, party favor, gift, dessert bar and escort tables.
-Organize the ceremony's processional and recessional.
-Assist with guest direction.
-Cue entertainment at ceremony and reception.
-Guide bridal party grand entrance.
-Be the point of contact for your vendors and guests if any questions or issues arise.
-Personal assistant to the bride and groom.
-Oversee that your reception runs smoothly and as planned.
-Distribute final payments and tips to vendors.
-Coordinate bride and groom send off.
-Transport gifts to bridal suite or designated area.
-When the reception is over, I will collect any personal belongings left behind for designated
family or friends to pick up.
